Data kept by us

P3P privacy policies collect personal information in groups. Our privacy olicy consists of just one data group.

We collect the following information:

User's Name: Your username and password for forums, bugtracker and other services
Work e-mail address: Email address you used for registration purpouses
URI of requested resource: Which page or file you requested to our servers
Request timestamp: Date and time of your request to our servers
Complete host and domain name: The full name of the machine you are accessing from
Full IP address: The IP address of the machine you are accessing from
HTTP request method: Which protocol and command did your browser sent to our servers (GET/HEAD)
Data bytes in response: How many data is transfered between our servers and your computer
Response status code: You requested a valid document or even something happened (document not found, error in form processing)
Last URI requested by the user: What was the last URL you visited before requesting a resource (Search engines)
User agent information: Platform and version of your computer and browser
User's interaction with a page or resource: Input data in forms and interaction with other items
HTTP cookies: The cookies you send to our servers (mostly your user tracking and login data)
Miscellaneous non-base data schema information: Included (but not limited to) your browser's Java capability, Flash plug-ins, etc
Search terms: The query you sent to our search engines

This data will be used for the following purposes:

Completion and support of the current activity: Information may be used by the service provider to complete the activity for which it was provided, such as the provision of information, communications, or interactive services.
Web site and system administration: Information may be used for the technical support of the Web site and its computer system. Is our desire to destroy this information as soon as law allow us. We could be required by local authorities to send our records in order to add them to a global database controled and regulated by the Spanish goverment or the European Union Council.

This data will be used by ourselves and our agents. In any way shall the hipergate working group share this information to any third party beyond the legal requirements by Spanish or European Union goverment.

As established in Spainsih Law 15/1999 (13/December) about Personal Data Protection, we inform you that any personal data collected as a result of your registration as user of this website will be incorporated in a file owned by Know Gate S.L., C.I.F. B-82568718, Address C/Oña , 107, 28050 Madrid (Spain), register in the Spanish Protection of Personal Data Agency, having implemented the established security measures in Law 994/1999 (11/June).
